As with all festivals there are terms and conditions of entry. These will be adhered to and any guests not complying with them will be asked to leave with no refunds.
Important
- How old do I need to be to attend?
You will need to be 18 to buy a ticket but if you bring children they will need to be over 14. - Children
Children between the age of 14-17 can attend but they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Guests who bring children and do not abide by this will be asked leave. - Behaviour
We expect everyone to be nice and enjoy themselves. Guests with egos, think they are entitled are not welcome. - Drugs
We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs or legal highs will be asked to leave immediately. - Weapons
Anyone found with any weapon will be banned from the venue and the police will be called.
General
- What are the opening times for the festival?
Impulse Fest starts at 2pm and finishes at 11pm. - When is last entry to the event?
Last entry to get into the event will be 8.00pm. No exceptions. - Can I turn up on the day and buy a ticket?
There will be a limited number of tickets available on the day if the event is not sold out for £35. - Who is performing?
Full details of who is performing can be found on the who’s on page. - What can I expect to find at Impulse Fest?
There will be the main stage in the marquee along with a bar, food van(s) and side attractions. - Where is the event taking place?
The event is taking place at The Outside Inn and Quy Mill, Church Road, Cambridge, CB25 9AF which is just off junction 35 of the A14. - Is the event outside?
The event is outside but there will be a large marquee and some gazebos to shelter from the sun or rain. - Is there parking onsite?
There is ample parking available. - Taxis
There are local taxi companies. Google them. - Buses
There are two local bus services from Stephensons which go from Central Cambridge, Newmarket and go through Burwell, Exning and Bottisham to Stow cum Quy until early evening. There is a 10min walk from the bus stops to the venue.
There is also a 20min walk from Newmarket Road Park & Ride site and goes through the underpass of the A14. Similar to local buses these only run till early evening. - Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs. You cannot leave and return once you have had your ticket scanned. - Will I be searched?
Everyone including staff will be searched before entering the event. No drugs or legal highs will be allowed at the venue. Anyone found with either will be asked to leave - Can I bring a bag?
Yes you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry. We do not allow large bags in to the event. There are no storage facilities. - Can I bring camping chairs, umbrellas & blankets?
You cannot bring camping chairs or umbrella’s – small blankets are ok. - Other Items not permitted
Glass bottles (including perfume), aerosols (including deodorant) are also not permitted. - Can I bring in flags or banners?
You cannot bring flags or banners. Laser Pens are also not permitted. - Can I bring animals or pets?
Animals or pets are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered assistance dogs. - Can we bring suncream with us?
Yes, but no glass bottles. - Can I bring food or alcohol in with me?
No. There will be a bar and food vans available. - Is there a dress code?
Dress how you feel comfortable or to the theme of the day but obviously not naked. - Photography
There will be photography and filming taking place throughout the day and will be available in the public domain after the event has taken place. By entering the event, you consent to photography, video recording to be used for promotion for future Impulse events. If you are at risk then please let one of the staff or photographer know.
Tickets
- Where can I buy tickets for Impulse Fest?
There is only one outlet which is through this website – https://impulsefest.co.uk via Eventim or Ticket Tailor. Do not buy tickets from any other place as you will be refused entry. - How much are tickets?
Tickets are priced from £25.00 (earlybirds) plus booking fee. - How many tickets can I buy?
The maximum amount of tickets that can be bought by one person is six. - Can I transfer my ticket?
No tickets are allowed to be transferred. ID will need to be required along with the tickets upon entry. - Will I need to print my ticket?
All tickets will be done electronically and will need to be scanned on entry. - Can people in my group for the tickets I have bought turn up at separate times?
No, all people in the party must be present upon entry at the same time. - Are refunds allowed?
Once tickets are bought there are no refunds available so please make sure you can attend.
