Impulse is a brand that encompasses it’s radio station, one day festivals and discos.
Impulse Radio
Impulse Radio started back in September 2020 as a trial but soon become apparent that a dance (new and old skool), R&B, Soul and classics style music radio station was needed and is currently available online via the website, Apps (Apple and Android), smart speakers (Alexa and Google) and MyTuner Radio on Sonos.
Big name DJ’s and producers that have their own shows on Impulse Radio include, Mark Knight, Sister Bliss, Joel Corry, David Penn, Duke Dumont, LP Giobbi, Purple Disco Machine, Roger Sanchez and many more.
Impulse Fest
Impulse Fest started in the spring of 2022 where the idea of having a one day dance music festival come to life thanks to the local landlord Bob Taylor. Impulse Fest become reality on the 4th June 2022 at Larkhall Farm in Burwell near Cambridge with Alison Limerick headlining the day.
2023 and Impulse Fest was back on Saturday 8th July. Phats & Small headlined the day as well Romina Johnson who took to the stage. DJ Doctor Feelgood who is a resident DJ at Cafe Mambo in Ibiza, Sugarloaf along with the other Impulse Radio DJ’s played throughout the day.
On to 2024 and wait and see who will be headling the day as well as the DJ’s.
Impulse Disco
We have done discos at The Fox in Burwell and various other locations, not just dance music but 70’s, 80’s and 90’s nights as well as others.
